Fawdaw ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how polo cam ("the App") handles your information when you use our iOS application.

By using polo cam, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

  • Camera Access: The App requests access to your device's camera (AVCaptureDevice) solely to allow you to take photos within the app interface. Camera input is processed locally in real time.
  • Photo Library Access: The App requests permission to save images (PHPhotoLibrary) strictly so that your generated Polaroid-framed photos can be exported and stored directly in your local device's photo gallery.

2. Local On-Device Storage

All photos and application data remain entirely on your device:

  • Document Directory: Captured and filtered photos are compressed and saved locally in your device's app document directory via FileManager.
  • App Metadata: Your saved photo list metadata is managed locally using UserDefaults.
  • No Cloud Transmission: We do not operate any external servers, databases, or cloud backups. Your photos and metadata never leave your device.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, advertising networks, or external APIs. Your usage of the app remains completely private and offline.

4. Data Control and Permissions

You maintain complete control over your data and device permissions:

  • Device Settings: You can grant or revoke permissions for camera or photo library access at any time through your iOS device settings.
  • Data Deletion: Uninstalling polo cam removes all locally cached app data and documents from your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

Because the App does not collect or transmit any personal data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
